About CP LIfe service

My name is Josh Stearns, co-founder of CP Life Services, alongside my wife, Jill. Our overarching goal at CP Life Services is to offer hope and support in a world grappling with the challenges of broken relationships, addiction, and mental health issues. The construction sector, as you may know, faces high rates of addiction, suicide, and divorce. My personal journey with addiction began early in life and culminated in a pivotal moment of awakening following an attempted suicide. These struggles led to a separation from my wife and children and the loss of everything I held dear. However, through God's grace and dedicated support, my wife, Jill, and I found our way back to each other. Our experiences have inspired us to establish CP Life Services, a non-profit providing free spiritual, relational, and mental health care resources to those in the construction field.

Our team is passionately committed to enhancing the well-being of construction workers and their families. Our program, TelaCoach offers confidential support addressing work-related stress, family challenges, and spiritual guidance, all while ensuring the utmost privacy. We also facilitate connections to local resources for issues like addiction, marital difficulties, and financial planning. These resources are readily accessible through a simple email, offering personalized and easily attainable support.

In collaboration with our payroll service, ConstructionPayroll.com, our mission is to improve 1 million lives in the construction industry by 2030. Every step we take is part of this ambitious journey, as we constantly broaden our support network and resources.

Lastly, I want to emphasize that our journey to healing was not a solitary endeavor or a result of personal effort alone. It was the transformative power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, coupled with the unwavering support of a compassionate community of friends and family, that guided us through our restoration. Our role in this journey was to embrace honesty, maintain open minds, and exhibit willingness.

With this experience at heart, our aim is to extend the same unconditional love and support that we have been blessed to receive to those within the construction industry. We are committed to being a beacon of hope and guidance, reflecting the grace that has profoundly impacted our lives.
